Tours and visits

We’d love to show you around! You can schedule an in-person tour on our website or by calling the leasing office. Just bring a valid ID with you. Prefer a virtual visit? Contact us to set up a live video tour. Walk-through videos of all floor plans are also available on our YouTube channel. If you're looking for a specific unit, we’re happy to help—just reach out.

Application and Leasing

Found the perfect floor plan? You can apply directly through our website. If you have any questions, our leasing team is here to help.

A valid photo ID is required to start your application. This helps us verify your identity and ensure a smooth leasing process.

To qualify, applicants should have an income of at least 3.5x the monthly rent and a minimum credit score of 550. If your income falls short, you may still be approved with additional conditions.

We offer flexible lease terms from 10 to 21 months. Lease term availability may vary depending on the time of year.

No, we do not allow subleasing.

Yes, renter's insurance is required to protect your belongings and provide peace of mind. Each applicant must be on the insurance policy. You’ll receive info about our preferred provider after signing your lease, but you’re welcome to choose your own policy.

Our team will send you a notice for renewal 90 days before your lease expiration. To renew your lease, please send us an email indicating your desire to renew at least 60 days before your lease ends, and we will provide you with an updated lease agreement. We would be sad to see you go, but if you do not wish to renew your lease, we will provide you with move-out details. Please note that we require 60 days' notice to vacate.

The Revv offers market rate apartments only.

Move-In and Move-Out Support

Yes, there’s a $35 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 and a one-time $300 administrative fee due when you apply. Please contact the leasing office for move-in promotions.

We offer access to our freight elevator to assist with your move. Flatbed carts are also available – just coordinate with the leasing office to schedule your move-in.

You're welcome to decorate your apartment to make it feel like home! You can paint drywall (not exposed concrete), but any other changes need approval. Please note that the unit must be restored to its original condition when you move out. You are responsible for any damages upon move out inspection.

If something changes, reach out to the leasing office. We’ll walk you through the early termination process.

A 60-day notice to vacate is required. Be sure to submit your notice in writing to the leasing office.

Please return all keys to the leasing office or front desk. Once the unit is vacant, we’ll complete an inspection of the unit and assess any damages and repairs needed.

After evaluating your apartment for any damages, cleaning or waste removal, your deposit will be processed within 21 days of your move-out

Fees and Payments

Security Deposits start at $500 and can be equal to one month’s rent plus $500, depending on the screening results for your application. The security deposit is due at the time of approval.

Utilities are not included in the rent. Utilities are billed separately as a package (include water, sewer, trash, and internet) that is determined by the size of the apartment. You’ll just need to set up electricity and gas with We Energies before moving in.

Ethoplex is our exclusive internet provider. Wi-Fi is wired throughout all apartments - your exclusive Wi-Fi password will be provided to you at move in and you will be able to connect your smart devices with a breeze!

You can pay your rent conveniently through BILT in our resident portal. We accept online payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Kindly note, your first payment upon move in must be made with a certified cashier's check or money order.

No, we do not charge monthly amenity or technology fees.

Parking

Yes, reserved onsite parking is available from $125–$185/month (based on availability). Vehicle registration is required at move-in. Please note we do not offer guest parking, but public street parking is nearby.

Guests are always welcome! Per the lease agreement, any guest staying 14 consecutive days or longer must be listed on the lease.

Yes, EV charging stations are available in our garage (subject to availability).

Maintenance and Requests

Maintenance requests can be submitted through our RentCafe Resident Services portal or our Resident app at any time. For urgent issues, call the emergency maintenance line at (414) 269.0611. For emergencies, call 911.

Non-emergency maintenance requests are typically addressed within 1-2 business days. Emergency issues, such as water leaks or electrical problems, receive immediate attention.

Pets

Yes, The Revv is a pet-friendly community, allowing both cats and dogs. Some breed restrictions may apply, so please check with the leasing office for details. The Revv welcomes up to 2 pets per home.

Pet fees are as follows - $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet, 2 pets max. $35/month for pet rent.

Certain dog breeds are restricted at The Revv, and size limits may apply. Please contact the leasing office to learn more about the breed and weight restrictions.

We have an outdoor dog run and a pet wash station right on-site.

Amenities and Facilities

The Revv offers various community amenities, including a business center, 3 reservable coworking rooms, a resort-style pool and pool deck, courtyard, dog run, firepit lounge areas, grilling stations, a 24/7 fitness center with a yoga area, and secure bike storage.

Yes, all apartments are equipped with in-unit, full-size washer and dryer facilities for your convenience.

Yes, secure bike storage is located on the main level of the garage.

All apartments are pre-wired for high-speed internet access. The Revv’s internet provider is Ethoplex. We happily provide high-speed WiFi in the common areas free of charge.

Package deliveries are accepted at The Revv in our secured mail and package room located on Level 1. You can collect your packages 24/7 from the designated package room.

Yes! Contact us for a live virtual tour with one of our leasing specialists.

No, but we can connect you with one of our preferred furniture rental partners.

Community and Lifestyle

Yes, we regularly organize resident events to help foster a sense of community.

The Revv is located near several schools and childcare options. Some of the nearby schools include Franklin Elementary, West Allis Central High School and West Allis Hale High School. There are local options for daycare facilities, like Candence Academy, Little Starr’s Childcare and Bright Horizons.

The Revv is centrally located in the City of West Allis and has great access to local transportation through the Milwaukee County Bus System. Lime scooters are also available for individual use as found throughout West Allis.

The Revv is a smoke-free community. Smoking is prohibited in all apartments and common areas.

Yes, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful living environment for all residents.
